Do I need to have all the documents?
You do not need a complete family archive to make an enquiry. Gather the names, places, approximate dates and documents you already know to establish a starting point.
Can I enquire only about obtaining a document?
Yes. We arrange the retrieval of court judgments, civil certificates and records, religious records and academic certificates in South America and Europe, following a case assessment, along with legalisation and apostilles for use abroad. You can request these services even if you are not preparing a citizenship application.
Is having a European ancestor enough?
That information allows us to begin a review, but does not by itself confirm a path to citizenship. The assessment depends on the country, family history and documents in each case.
How long does the process take and what does it cost?
The scope depends on the available information, the archives to be consulted and the documentary work required. These details are defined when reviewing your case.
